I will work directly with you to create an individualized plan that fits your unique lifestyle and goals. I will provide support, accountability, and guidance every step of the way. You will be granted access through the client portal to send direct secure messages to me in-between sessions.
During your consult, we will review your wellness assessment, explore your motivators, identify strengths and challenges, create your wellness vision, and determine long term & short term goals. I will help you determine what follow-up coaching plan would best support your needs. Usually about 60-90 minutes.
Available upon completing your coaching consultation. During these sessions, we will review your weekly goals, troubleshoot challenges & barriers to change, identify action steps forward, and set new goals. I will provide additional educational resources such as handouts, video links, and assignments to further support you on your wellness journey. 30 or 60 minutes sessions.
You can have coaching sessions as often as you would like (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly) dependent upon the level of accountability and support that you need to achieve your personalized wellness goals. All coaching sessions will be done virtually through a HIPPA secure video call.
The wellness assessment is an in-depth tool used to bring awareness to each area of your wellness and determine priorities for working with your wellness coach. You will gain access to the wellness assessment prior to your consult, please plan to set aside 15-20 minutes to complete it thoroughly.
At this time, I am not accepting insurance. The NBHWC is working toward reimbursement for health and wellness coaching services with insurance carriers in upcoming years.
